altTara LaGrange Bishop began her teaching career at Heritage Hills High School in 1994 teaching Spanish and English. In 1999 she began teaching at Perry Central Community Schools, where she also served as a Guidance Counselor before taking her current position as Assistant Superintendent.  Tara earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Western Kentucky University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Oakland City University.  The focus of Tara’s doctoral work was the use of formative assessments in a PLC.  She has led Perry Central’s standards-based grading initiative over the past six years, guided by the work of Robert Marzano.  In addition to standards-based assessment, Tara leads the corporation’s efforts in teacher evaluation and serves as curriculum director for the corporation.  She resides in rural Perry County with her husband, Mike, and three children. 

altJulie Evans is a math teacher at Bloomfield Jr/Sr High School. She has taught students in grades 7 through 12 for 13 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education from Indiana State University and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University (Bloomington). She was a 2013-2014 Peabody Energy Leader in Education Honoree. Julie has served as the lead teacher for Bloomfield in two Math/Science Partnership (MSP) grants with Indiana University and Greene County schools since 2010. Her involvement with this grant has included extensive training on the Indiana Process Standards and Problem/Project Based Learning (PBL/PrBL). Julie has presented several workshops on Process Standards and the Indiana Math Standards at SIEC over the past two years. She has also presented several PBL/PrBL units and good mathematics tasks at ICTM and NCTM conferences and has co-authored a chapter in a book featuring PBL units. In her free time, Julie enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two daughters.


altDr. Eric Goggins is Assistant Superintendent at North Gibson School Corporation in Princeton, IN. His experience in education includes middle school language arts teacher, elementary teacher, K-5 principal,and K-2 principal. He holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and middle school language arts from the University of Southern Indiana, a master's degree in education administration from Oakland City University, and a Doctorate of Education degree from Oakland City University with an emphasis in District Level Administration. He is passionate about curriculum development, technology integration, leadership development, and improvement of school culture and climate, leading many initiatives at both the school building and district level.

altTricia Hall is an administrator currently employed by North Knox School Corporation in Bicknell, Indiana as its Curriculum Director. Prior to making the transition to administration, Mrs. Hall spent nine years in the classroom teaching a plethora of science courses. These courses ranged from Grades 7-12 and encompassed the content areas of biology, chemistry, earth science, and physical science. Mrs. Hall, a 2001 graduate of Shakamak Junior-Senior High School, attended Indiana State University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Science Education in 2005. In 2011, she earned her Master’s of Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. She then completed her Administration Certification in 2014, also through Indiana State University. Hailing from a family of teachers, it is not surprising Mrs. Hall ended up in the field of education as well. She is married to Aaron, who is a social studies teacher. Besides being a dedicated educator, Mrs. Hall enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority where she volunteers as a Recruitment Coordinator for her district. She also enjoys reading and exercising.
Mrs. Hall has a passion for curriculum, leadership, and professional development. As a former science teacher, STEAM projects and student engagement are intriguing to her. Recently, Mrs. Hall has learned the importance and impact of a PLN, professional learning network. She is connected with a group of #EdTechHeroes as well as other SIEC educators. She credits her PLN as being the biggest difference-maker when advancing her knowledge of technology integration in the classroom. Mrs. Hall feels her PLN has challenged her, and she has experienced personal growth through being a connected educator.  Most importantly, this connection has reminded her of the joys of teaching by engaging students in the classroom through collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

altAndrea Huff is currently serving in her second year as the Primary/Elementary Assistant Principal and K-12 Curriculum Director for Barr-Reeve Community Schools. Andrea has a passion for education with nine years of classroom experience. She has worked with multiple districts in the areas of curriculum alignment, mapping, and creating formative assessments. As a strong believer in collaboration, she loves sharing her experiences and ideas with other educators.

altErin Trowbridge is an English Language Arts teacher at Sullivan High School. She has taught grades 8-12 for the last 6 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English, Secondary Education from Indiana State University and is currently attaining her certification as an English Language Learner (ELL) instructor.  Prior to her teaching experience, she worked as a corporate trainer for a Medicare/Medicaid Peer Review Organization in their Program Improvement department. 

Erin willingly shares issues close to her heart, such as being a victim of bullying in high school. She shares her story with students and teachers to shed light on how to best help students who are facing similar situations at school. She is also a member of her district’s school improvement committee wherein she enjoys working cooperatively to design new strategies for collaboration, team building, and streamlining processes within the faculty and staff. As a lead teacher in the Region 4 Migrant Education Program, Erin has assisted with standards-based curriculum development and many other activities.

Erin is active in 4H youth programs and currently serves as a member of the Sullivan County 4H Expansion and Review Committee. Erin enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.

altDr. Angela Wannemuehler is the Assistant Superintendent for MSD of North Posey County where she is responsible for curriculum, grants, and evaluations.  Dr. Wannemuehler earned a Ph.D. in Education and holds Masters and Bachelor degrees in Special Education, Middle School Education, Elementary Education, and Administration.  Her research has focused on the efficacy of the Response to Intervention model. Over the past 25 years, she has served multiple roles in public education including: Teacher, Educational Diagnostician, Assistant Director of Special Education, and District Administration.  Dr. Wannemuehler’s areas of expertise include RtI, Teacher/Principal Evaluations, Special Education and related topics, Grant Writing, Depths of Knowledge, Standard Based Instruction, and Curriculum Design.  She is an active member in the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents. She is President of the Easter Seals Board of Posey County and is board member of the United Way of Posey County.  Angela lives in rural southern Indiana with her husband John.  They have four grown children and one grandchild.
